On Move Day 

We know that our clients want to be ready for the moving day to ensure everything goes smoothly. We have a well-established routine that helps us carry out the move in a timely and efficient manner. Here’s what you can expect on the moving day:

• We’ll send a message to you on the day of the scheduled move, a few hours before we’re set to arrive at your location.
• Our company will deliver equipment like trolleys, straps, blankets, etc, that would keep your possessions securely anchored to the truck.
• Our removalists will disassemble any furniture and load your possessions to our truck and reassemble it at the destination.
• Once everything is in place, we’ll provide the total bill to you.

What happens on the day of your move

Moving your treasured possessions requires care and experience

• We supply equipment such as; trolleys, blankets and straps.
• We dismantle your furniture and load the truck.
• We take everything to the drop-off location.
• We set up everything in the new place just as you wish.
• We provide you with a stress free successful move!
• We provide you with the total bill – billed per half hour (see rates page for further detail).
• Heavy lift fees apply for any items over 100kg and is charged at $100 + GST.
• 1.5% card surcharge on all jobs.
• All jobs over the first hour are billed in half hourly increments.
• Half hour fuel is charged at the end of every job.
